01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the t222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. t222 employs sophisticated detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your t222 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t222 account credentials, including your username and password. t222 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify t222 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification

t222 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to CNIC copies, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by t222 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on t222 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). t222 does not accept cryptocurrency payments or foreign currency transfers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on t222 is Rs 100. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are set by t222 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the t222 member account portal at the time of transaction. t222 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected members.

4.3 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your t222 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation by the respective payment provider. Raast and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two hours during business hours. Withdrawal requests are processed by t222 within one business day; actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

4.4 Transaction Fees

t222 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider or bank may impose their own fees for certain transaction types. t222 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. All funds deposited into your t222 account must be free from any criminal or fraudulent origin.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

t222 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general bonus terms apply across all t222 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and are subject to account verification requirements.

The following general rules apply across all t222 gaming and betting products:

• All bets placed on t222 are final once confirmed by the platform. t222 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where system errors demonstrably affected the transaction.
• t222 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all applicable game types. RNG systems are independently audited and certified to ensure fairness.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t222 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your membership.
• Creating or operating multiple t222 accounts.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the t222 platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using t222 to facilitate any financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with t222 betting markets.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t222 staff or other members through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the t222 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t222 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any t222 content without explicit written authorisation from t222.

The t222 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of t222 without prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t222 excludes all liability for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental — arising from or in connection with your use of the t222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the t222 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

t222's total liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that member's t222 account at the time the claim arises. 10 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Termination

t222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Determination by t222 that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other members, or third parties.

12.2 Termination by Member

Members may close their t222 account at any time by contacting t222 customer support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, t222 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, void any pending bets, and cancel any unclaimed bonuses. Where termination occurs at the member's request in good standing, any remaining account balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to Terms

14 Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the t222 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of t222's licensing jurisdiction.

t222 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through t222's internal process, members may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
